The firm’s Senior Partner, Mrs. Donna M. Harding-Lee brings to the firm Forty (40) years of legal experience. A former partner in the law firm of Cash, Fountain & Company, she worked closely with Governor General, Sir Gerald Cash (deceased) and tutored under Sir Cyril Fountain a former Chief Justice of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.  Her areas of practice include but are not limited to Corporate and Commercial Law, Conveyancing, Real Property, Estate Planning, Resort Development with particular focus in the Family Islands, Banking, Gaming Law and Employment Law. Mrs. Harding-Lee has served as a member of the Judicial and Legal Services Commission, a member of the Disciplinary Tribunal of The Bahamas Bar Association and was also appointed as a Director on the Boards of a leading Financial Services company and has recently been appointed Chairperson of the Board of the Bank of the Bahamas She is an active member of St. Christopher’s Anglican Church and is the People’s Warden. Mrs. Harding-Lee is community minded, having served a Trustee for PACE, and several charitable efforts over the years.

 

Mrs. Nadia Hope Adderley received her secondary education at Nassau Christian Academy. She went on to obtain an Associates of Arts Degree in Law and Criminal Justice and a Law Degree (LLB) from the University of Buckingham. Mrs. Adderley was called to the Bar of England & Wales on the 24th November 2005. She is a member of the Honourable Society of Middle Temple Inn. She was called to The Bahamas Bar on the 9th December 2005 and joined the law firm of Harding-Lee & Company in November of 2005. Her areas of interest are Conveyancing,  Employment and Family Law. She is an adoption advocate and is passionate about children’s rights. She is an active member of East St. Gospel Chapel and is Mentor and Board member at the Ranfurly Homes for Children.
